BEHAVIOURAL COACHING BY BRISSA

Throughout my career I felt there was something missing. The missing link was The Early Years, Inc. Child Behaviour Certification Program. This program validated and solidified my knowledge and experiences in the areas of Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Behaviour, Positive Parenting, Teaching and Communication.  It has also strengthened my ability to work with parents experiencing behavioural issues with their children in the classroom and at home. 

Behavioural Coaching by Brissa teaches guidance and parenting skills in a positive manner with respect to individual family needs. We support the notion that all children can be taught to do good in the world simply for the sake of doing good.  "We want to guide parents so that they are empowered and encouraged every step of their parenting journey". 

There are basic parenting principles that you will be able to apply through many situations now and in the future. The objective is to parent firmly and with fairness. The idea is to use these tools as often as possible to teach your children but do not have magic wands attached, as they are not meant to trick, tease or threaten. They are simple tools that are logical, and support the healthy growth of children. They can be used some of the time, a lot of the time or most of the time.
