Refund Policy

 If a cancellation is requested 7 days or more prior to the start of the session, a 10% administration fee will be retained of the total program fee and the balance will be refunded.

If a cancellation is requested 48 hours prior to the session starting, please understand that you forfeit your spot and a 15% administration fee will be retained of the total program fee, and a refund will be issued for the balance.

If a cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before a session begins, this is not enough time to invite another family to join the class and will result in a 15% administration fee plus 50% of the total program fee will be retained. A refund will be issued for the balance.

After the second class no refunds will be issued.

The only exception to the above is should the City of Dollard Des Ormeaux or the Quebec Government mandate a closure due to COVID-19, Brissa’s Magical Moments will refund the balance for the remaining classes less a 20% administration fee.

*Cancellation of a program will only occur if a minimum of 8 participants are not registered. A Full refund will be reimbursed.

 Brissa’s Magical Moments does not offer trial classes as it is disruptive to registered participants. 

In case of changes in COVID -19 safety protocols from the Government, all classes will automatically be moved to ZOOM.  An email will be sent out with adequate notice.

Classes will be cancelled if Lester B Pearson School Board closes, the City of Dollard Des Ormeaux closes the chalet or for unforeseen circumstances. 

If it is an unforeseen circumstance a make up class will be provided. The class will not necessarily be provided at the same time or day as the cancelled class. 

If a child is absent from class, a make-up class cannot be provided. 

If your child has a clear runny nose, probably teething. Yellow or green something is brewing stay home. Fever: rule of thumb 24 hours fever free before returning to class.
